For small tasks, this Adventure Chef tool combines a paring knife with a peeler and we even snuck in a fish scaler. It’s the perfect prep tool for the camp kitchen or RV. The drop point paring blade is 3.5” long, and the blade is held in place when open by a standard non-locking slip joint mechanism. The double-action peeler locks in place when open so it can be used either right or left-handed.
