Our blades are made out of our classic 1.4116 German Steel which is prized for its toughness and ability to hold a great edge.

About the Chef’s Knife
- The stainless steel blade features a stonewash finish, complemented by a distressed linen handle.
- Liner lock system
- 15° Cutting edge
- The German 1.4116 stainless carbon alloy blade resists stains and corrosion, exhibits toughness and durability, holds its edge retention, and is easy to re-sharpen to a razor-like edge.
- Blades are heat treated and cooled to achieve a Rockwell of 57-58
About the Folding TPE Cutting Board
- Cold/heat resistant from -4˚F to 248˚F (-20˚C to 120˚C)
- Opens to 10.75" (27.3 cm) x 9.5" (24 cm) and is 0.25" thick
About the Waxed Canvas Case
- The utility green case holds the Chef's Knife and pocket for the cutting board, with some extra pockets to add more!
- 16 oz. canvas
- Durable, plastic YKK zipper that will not be affected by the elements
Care Instructions
- Hand-wash with warm water and mild detergent
- Rinse and dry immediately after use
- Don’t place in the dishwasher
- Do not use cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts
